The "AT-545" is a temperature-controlled LD drive power supply that has three functions necessary for the characterization of laser diodes (LD). It allows for I-L/I-V/I-Im measurements through remote control. Additionally, using standard measurement software (sold separately), temperature characteristic evaluation can be easily performed.
